I will call our Broker tomorrow that handles these types of questions.
To be honest its just free money for us workers :) so we don't really question the tax side of things. We just sign and accept the RSU's and smile when the time comes.I haven't bought any company stock yet as I have been throwing what side money I get into AMRN waiting for the big pay day. It is a huge reward for what money you do choose to buy. Easy 15% profit or discount how ever you look at it.
