Yep. That is my long-term play. I can sit on it for quite some time. If they tur around and as interest rates go up, they should make more $$ from interest operations. If they get solid, I would expect them to be a buyout target by a bigger regional bank in Washington. Won't make a $1 million, but a nice chunk of change.
