Okay so Cisco submitted 3 new documents.

1) request to have 7/31 response thrown in trash.

2) same 36 page document that I know of resubmitted.

3) Nettle's deposition.

So you ask yourself why the first two are needed? It appears Cisco forgot to submit an exhibit they referred to in their response. The deposition. So it wouldn't have been useable in court without it.

What else does this tell us? Cisco seems very disorganized. Maybe they don't really care. Maybe they know how to get out of paying cable companies if they fail to protect them from UOIP.

Still reading deposition. It's very funny to me.
