I am wondering at what level the lottery ticket pays off. What sort of settlement turns the ticket from a $5 scratcher to the ticket talked about for 2 days on the evening news? Will it be $500K? Will it be $1 million? Will it be $20 million (you betcha)?

The current share price says the lottery isn't going to pay out very much. Perhaps the lottery pool is pretty low.
