Subsidy Agreements are written documents, that are signed by all parties. Should be easy enough for Saleen to report this agreement to the SEC on an 8-K that shareholders could read.
No reason to hide the agreement(s) if it does exist. Should also be easy to produce pictures of the the new factories that were started back in April, if they exist.
Saleen has ZERO experience building electric vehicles or electric vehicle factories. China funding is built on trust earned over a long period of time. Why would the Chinese pick Saleen to build Electric Vehicles when:

General Motors
BMW
Mercedes Benz
Faraday Future
Lucid Motors
Tsing Capital of China
Beijing Automotive
Venrock, the venture-capital arm of the Rockefeller family
Mitsui of Japan
Fisker Automotive
Nio Automotive
Etc....

Already have electric vehicle production experience and vehicles in production now or on the way?
It makes ZERO sense for China to chose Saleen for EV production , in my opinion.
This is a pump and dump release of fake information in my opinion.
