Pure Fantasy. Do you know how much $1B dollars is?
How much credit you need to borrow that much? How long it takes to earn it? How many employees it takes to administrate $1B? How large of an organization it takes to build an electric car production plant? How long it takes to build, staff and equip a new factory?
You say 2 factories at the same time? Saleen's Credit Rating is horrible and they cannot even produce financial statements for a tiny, nearly bankrupt company, so they have no qualifications to fund anything, in my opinion.
