Its not a negative. The company received money for those notes. Now they (or we) are paying them what we owe. Assuming they used the money to forward the business we are better off than before. Do you think we should not pay our debts. The first line of business is pay debt. We are doing that and in otc land 531 million is still a low floater which is where we are at you cant expect a business to grow without capital and by the looks of what's coming here it is paying off
