And the ratings are often based on old stuff to make the analyst look like they knew where things were headed before a stock rose or fell.
Based on my experience, I would sell any stock with a high Bullish rating and buy one rated as Bearish. They just trying to sell you stuff that already peaked, or separate you from your shares on stocks that are undervalued, so they can start accumulating shares after misusing their influence to scare people into selling. Now we had a 50% pull-back from the .024-.028 range, sure, they'll rate it bearish today to make it look like they knew this would happen and convince you to follow their advise. Charlatans.
