If an audit actually happens the audit will be his last attempt for the ceo to try and prove to his friends/family that he tried everything but he is delusional and probably has much money invested himself most likely he planned that the CE would be removed and slam us with a huge a/s increase and major dilution. He thought he could get his inside investors who still have shares to dilute from illegal outside accounts. He may be looking for another ticker and another scam to keep his inside trading going. Desperate, deceptive pos who thinks he is smarter than the SEC he thinks he has got away with fraud so he has most likely become more embolden. I believe he is going to find that investors will hunt down the fraud and find enough to bring him to justice. This is my opinion.
