From what I've seen in the past, it should be cash paid directly into your Etrade or Fidelity, etc account. For instance, let's say it's .0005 per share and you have 200K shares, you'd receive $100.00 into your account and Etrade or the others should send you a message alerting you to funds coming into your account.
