At current share prices, it wouldn't move the OS that much. This is great because it means they are gearing up for phase II. Phase I should be a cake walk as it looks like there aren't going to be any concerns over safety/efficacy. Positive phase I can launch this to $4-$5. Just look at what happened with innovation pharm back when they had positive phase I results for their ovarian cancer drug. Their OS is identical to ours too.
