Understood. Just seems like if they were far apart, why not ask for 6 months. Especially in light of the previous extensions. And yes, i think part of the timing is to keep the pressure on... don't want to let them think it can go on forever.

I understand you'd prefer it go to appeal, but my hope is they wrap it up with us gerlanders seeing a decent profit soon. There are other things I'd like to put some of those $ into.
