oh and relooking at that form d it is 39 investors not 9 like i had thought
a lot of holdings shareholders that got shares for .04 and dumped out for the guaranteed profit
and now the 75m and 48% of company has been sold to whom at .15?
tricky dicky if you ask me
adding in the comp shares to the o/s and it stands at 275m
only 20m left before r/s and/or a/s increase
