There's no reason for it to drop like that now and there's no reason for it to drop like that after an RS, unless the business completely falls apart... An RS changes absolutely nothing about the company. It's just an accounting trick. If AMFE is worth $100 million now, it's worth $100 million after the RS.
By you making that statement, it's just like someone showing up on the board today saying, "AMFE is going to lose 80% of its valuation this week". Does that make sense to you?
Anything is possible, but a reverse split doesn't INCREASE the possibility of a big drop
