If I'm reading it correctly it's the lesser of:

1) 200% of the regular purchase amount. (100k imho)

Or

2) 30% of the daily volume.

"(d) “Accelerated Purchase Share Percentage” means, with respect to any Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof, thirty percent (30%)."

So if, if, if LPC is currently being tapped (and Anavex wishes to use accelerated purchases), volume is important in a number of ways imho. ( key words "lesser of")
