Ericsson, a Swedish company,which I held stock in years ago, needed an infusion of cash..... They sent letters to all their stockholders offering to sell them a number of shares, proportional to their holdings, at a discount.I used the right to buy my full complement of shares and, when it came time to sell, I made a fair amount of money on those shares. It would be nice if Amarin could look at doing the same thing as a courtesy to its long suffering shareholders.
