$AMDA looks like everything is falling in place for a BO at any time now,news could come this weekend or next week.If your not in you could miss a big payday,check them out.I think the company is worth $500 mil to a billion dollars,which would put $AMDA way,way,way under priced right now at only around .36.I think it should be between $10 and $25 a share.zimmer could come in and buy out with share exchange,zimmer is around $120 a share right now.So if AMDA did a reverse split after annouce BO.zimmer might only have to put out 8 to 10 million shares to take over AMDA and use no money.AMDA share holders would make out big time.Im sure I didnt explain this right but check out $AMDA
