The $SFOR no contract statements -- hearsay nonsense!!

AGAIN - $SFOR the company does NOT need one when their channel partners are working the GOV deals - ACS and Alvarez!

Mr. Kay has stated in the past the goal is buyout! Therefore no reason $SFOR to ink the large GOV contract deals!

However, let's just consider maybe mission change and $SFOR the company does decide to ink large GOV contract deals. It can be done in very short order with being a rider on another company's existing GOV contract vehicle.

Here's one example of a company that needs a GOV contract vehicle to sell their products to the GOV. They sign an agreement and ride another company's exiting GOV contract vehicle - which is a FED GOV SEWP contract with a 20B ceiling. This was done within "1 Day"!

$SFOR could approach i3 and do the same exact thing and in very short order! There's proof it can be done very quickly!

I don't think $SFOR will go that route and when they sell the OOB/MFA IP for Multi-Billions, will retire biz! ACS will have purchased the KE IP by then! Then once the highest bidder pays 10B minimum for the $SFOR OOB/MFA IP, SFT retires! We very well could see a lot more than 10B for the buyout too!

INTEL back in 2011 bought McAfee "A/V" company for 7.7B. Instead of 3rd party s/w programs INTEL was looking at HW embedment.

So willing to spend 7.7B for an A/V company that prevents only known viruses! $SFOR's IP PREVENTS and worth at least double!

INTEL HW embedment will include $SFOR IP!
