Last question for the night.

I remember at the conference call when our cross licensing agreement was official announced, Steipp said that the reason for doing this deal was for patent protection of CIP in China. Since we have a cross licensing agreement with eontec that only covers the non Consumer Electronic space what motivates Li to protect apples consumer electronics patents in China. I understand why he would protect liquid metals rights in China but he has no vested interest in apple unless there is an agreement somewhere where he will also protect apples interest in the Consumer Electronics space. What did Apple give Li in order for that to happen if it happened?

Apple has been having alot of problems with patent infringement in China. Just throwing it out there to see if anyone has any thoughts.
