That is the way I read it too ... and I also agree once we hit $0.25 we aren't going back down .... maybeeee hit between $0.185 - $0.22 after but it would only be a bounce to go higher closer to $0.30 - $0.35 ... my opinion though, but a worse case scenario one ... honestly I think once we hit $0.25 he pulls the trigger and we take off running along with Divvys soon after ... that is why I am hoping the rest of my money comes in before it happens
