I doubt whether we will see any kind of PR about the patent next week. The report is for the quarter ending 6/30/17. The patent happened after that.

Besides...from looking at the timeline with vTv's patent, it looks like we shouldn't expect a patent PR till around ~Sept 1.

I could be totally wrong, but don't want to get my hopes up for news that will be coming later than I thought.
