Yes, but don't forget that a "problem with qualty assurance" was mentioned in the filing. How much of the production run had to be scrapped? Could that be where the $300,000+ figure comes from?
You know if Tom could just tell everyone the specifics of what went wrong with production it would help. And it goes without saying that the minute production resumes(d) he must(should have) put out a PR to calm investors.
