Maybe they haven't needed to yet. I don't buy my yearly state park pass until just before I need to use it. Maybe they are using the same principle. I think even Kay addressed this at one point saying they will get it when they need it. I may be wrong on that.

Are ANY of the channel partners on the "List"? I thought there was. I will look into that more.
