I encourage investors to communicate with Neil, but not to bombard him. If you approach him with your concerns, and demonstrate that you are a knowledgable investor, he seems very happy to talk.

His contact info is listed on PRs for a reason.

He just talks fast paced, and doesn't dumb things down.
