All you need to know is the so called reason that the mets believe in wilmer flores and want him to play 1b is just not true (reason why smith isn't up). Because as flores sits, reyes continues to play. I continue to say I just don't get it. they don't have a ton of money tied up (They are only paying him 500k in 2017), he is a fa, he is 33-34 years old so it is not like a prospect they are refusing to give up on it. this has been going on for months. Just saying. drives me nuts.
