only acting on insider information is illegal hobo? so how do you know if someone has traded after allegedly receiving info, which i doubt anyone has.

I do not believe Neil has disclosed any non public information, no dates, no progress reports, nothing, only comments on recent filings with the SEC, so the information has been disclosed.
