This has been made public in the PR's. The CEO is clear they want a profitable business. Not many OTC stocks are this bold in their press releases.

After negotiations over the weekend, management of GRAS is pleased to announce that the divestiture and restructuring of debt are now completed. GRAS looks forward to profitable operations in the insurance syndication space, as originally contemplated. We apologize for any confusion occasioned by the press release of July 21, 2017.
