Notice the healthcare lobby killed the Trump plan. Oil lobby? Sugar lobby? Alcohol is a lesson learned from the 20's. Al Capone. Joe Kennedy. Bootlegging. But I hear the tobacco guys think the lower nicotine smokes will create a black market for the old ones. I think that is a specious argument. I keep hoping Mexico creates a marijuana cigarette. That will snap a few heads here.

What is even more interesting is the tobacco boys may get permission to advertise again, something that has really killed them. Remember when there were ZERO booze ads? Now there are twenty a day. Change may be good here and gig tobacco may embrace lower nicotine cigarettes.

Did see " The Insider " the other night for the 20th time. Boy were the tobacco companies real scumbags...and it costs them.
But remember always tobacco is a huge source of tax revenue and the FDA knows that and will tread lightly.
