Your points about the Tobacco companies having lobbyists and lawyers is not my concern here Esad. Things change and the tobacco companies may even look at this as an opportunity to get new customers in a market that is dying off. (literally)

The alcohol companies may be more powerful than the tobacco guys and the marijuana freight train is rolling at full speed across the nation. The taxi cab companies also spent a lot of dough to keep Uber out and when the most powerful faction of the Taxi and Limo group fell last year in Nevada to Uber, this showed that many things we knew in the past are now just a memory in the present.
