HD Can you tell us or do you know if the Employee Stock Purchase Program will be passed onto us as shareholders? I know as an employee I would get a discount on the shares I purchase through the program.
How is this discount calculated? Most get 15% less then the stock price at a determined time. My question is who eats this cost?

Can you possibly give your thoughts on today's conference call.
Do you have an assessment on what they said in its entirety?
