I agree with surwins assessment regarding the caveat statement "reach agreeable terms". I also think that the statement "in a position to form Partnerships with a major company" is a caveat as well. The truth is that all of us here are in a position to "form Partnerships or achieve licensing agreements with a major corporation". Any one of us can enter into an agreement with a major corporation at any time. There is nothing specific in the passage that qualifies Validian as being a realistic player when it comes to forming that partnership or achieving that agreement.
