Chungs purchase of 1.5mm shares on the open market was a primary reason for me adding another few hundred thousand shares to my stockpile. Chung knew ( because he is an insider), that the big news wouldn't be hitting the market for almost a year and he was legally able to acquire a boatload somewhat under radar and like you said those shares are old, cold and mostly forgotten by the market in general. More importantly Chung's salary is 170k and he spent 280k of his tight-wad cash to load boat.
