After reading that it seems like there is no set step by step plan. The main hurdle it seems is the initial application, Which according to the June 30th PR has already been cleared.

I am assuming she believes they will hear the final decision, not just off to the next step, very soon.
I am optimistic we will hear back shortly, but to be completely honest with you I am in no rush. I think a 1-2 punch of News+ Q2 numbers would help the PPS more than news this week with 2 weeks until Q2 numbers come out.
