GHS has this thing 6 feet under. Details on purchase agreement alone is terrifying.. Im still catching up on filings but besides the notes to payoff to GHS, the purchase agreement is a contract that lets GHS buy up to $2,000,000 worth of shares @80% closing price. Since R/S, OS has been doubled.. I hate to say but this is dilution trap. Only way this runs is between dilution dumps.
