Seth Shaw has had "qualified" people on the Advisory Board in the past, but he still has never done, or had anyone ever do, adequate DD! M/A due diligence is an arduous full-time process that requires expertise in various industry-specific disciplines, including accounting, research, technology, marketing, logistics, human resources, facilities, and in many cases manufacturing and/or off-shore sourcing. The list goes on! TAUG does not have the needed breadth of skill or talent to do the in-depth DD! Plus, Seth Shaw has no interest in investing the needed time or money! It is much easier to "throw crap against the wall, hoping something sticks"!
