I do not understand why BPTH would not release the enrollment numbers once the 19 patients are in the program. This would allow investors to project a timeline for accelerated FDA status. Maybe someone will ask this question at the earnings conference.

If Moffat's info is accurate we would have to have the 19 patients enrolled no later than 7/1/17. Do you have any idea on how long it would take BPTH to complete the application process for FDA accelerated approval after the 19 patents complete the 180 day waiting period?

That said, the more pressing issue now is Nasdaq de-listing.
