10 Million shares have been Diluted Since July 6th?

Verified by another member last week, who received an email from Vstock giving them Gagged information

What will they blame this dilution on?

Outstanding Shares - 93,231,633 a/o Jul 05, 2017

New Numbers from T/A show 103 Million the new O/S as of July 27th

That's 10 million shares diluted in 3 weeks

You'll hear AEPP say that's not a lot but what is 10,000,000 x .15?

Now you see how scams work and empty shell AEPP is no different from any other PK diluting POS

I'd think that by Aug 6th the O/S raises once again, will Vstock make the mistake of providing that info again?
