float is small enough that very easy for one or few big players to manipulate .

lots of misinformation goes along with it. every decision has been crystal clear in favor of Chanbond/

UOIP and a settlement that will value shares north of .50 is likely- the time frame is the unknown factor-

but i don't think it will take a year. even if it did, if know it is coming, the returns from these levels well

worth the wait imo.
