Wait. I don't know about going NASDAQ but they gotta file all the years or they're going to a federal prison for non-payment (non-filing) of delinquent taxes.

I don't know what the OTC (some are required some are not) requirements are for SEC filings but IRS tax filings are mandatory don't cha know
