At this point what do they really KNOW FOR FACT?????
IF these things ARE OUTSIDE of the WMI bk just about all they can comment on is what is in KNOWN TODAY IN THE WMI bk.

And most of what I think we are looking for IS NOT held withing the WMI BK

I thought some of the NOLs have been used

They DO keep us informed as to what is going on IN THE WMI BK case and the values associated with that SO FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!


as for the ESCROW you appropriately placed it last i yoru post, as IMHO it will be the last thing here, AND ONLY AFTER THE CASE IS TRULY CLOSED............

Legacy holding can NOT come back in the WMI case,they can only come back here after the fact as they were or are if there , assets held OUTSIDE THE ESTATE OF WMI
