It is relevant as each company must finance as best it can for the future, not just today. How many public companies still have the same number of shares they started with? MVTG/SGS now has revenue, expected profits and time to develop ERC/MRFC. That is much better than the condition we had when valid technology was ignored. Such a purchase/merger costs something. The total price tag is not known yet, including the whole 750MM. Why cry before the root beer is spilled? And why cry wolf before the future unfolds with AW and other options are in play as documented in DD?

If I felt like that I would not stick around but invest my resources in a better place. I see no "mess" except unrealistic expectations of what goes on in commerce. As one who has worked at 4 Fortune 100 companies and other smaller ones in Finance/Accounting, there is an abundance of back room deals. I do not condone it but it is a fact of life. What matters in this market is ultimate performance and MVTG/SGS must now show it. With all the talent of posting here, why not show MVTG how it can be made profitable to your benefit?
