Thanks for the info, couple Q'ns - On Item 1, are there established date(s) when FCC or IB will give thumbs up / down on modification request? If not when do you think decision will be made?, what is your current opinion on approval vs denial (1 to 10 - with 10 being definitely)
Item 2) Forgive my ignorance but to which 4 countries are you referring to?
