My two cents: there are two sets of notes to convert. One with the .01 floor and the other with the 25% qualifier. This is an interesting situation. At some point they are going to have to raise the AS. When that happens, I don't know. But seems to me they need to get the share price up above .01 for their biggest note holder to get paid. Raising the AS in the near future wouldn't bode well to that end. The 8K states that these notes (for production) can convert at anytime so I would imagine that will happen down the road when the PPS is up, production is rolling and contracts are signed. Would be interested to get others thoughts on this as well.
