Question is the lower the stock price is the more shares the management
receives free?



Management should be buying the stock right now, but their disregard for

where the stock trades don't speak much for management to me. Management

is supposed to make sure the comapny is ran good and profitable, but they

also have some duty to care about their shareholders and the stock price.

If the lower it goes the more shares they get then they hope it goes


lower.
