I don't know the answer to this question.

Do audited financials and SEC filings follow spun off subs to their new ticker?

I'm asking because Fidelity and other brokers will not let clients purchase unaudited pink stocks and those pinks who are not current in their SEC filings. Maybe AMFE needs a separate audited opinion for Interloc-Kings Inc. Not sure how SEC filings are handled for spin offs.
