If we are going to OW levels we should all want this to happen slowly, methodically. Why? To avoid gaps,to avoid a rush of sells, and to put us in short term tax territory. We need lots of institutional,long money to provide liquidity and further reinforce our strong, long base. I can wait 18 months while enjoying the ride.
