Thanks for the correction that NEWC can't be delisted.
The Facts then produce much worse consequences for a stock that is seriously delinquent as NEWC. Suspension or being revoked will be a huge blow to anyone shareholder invested in NEWC.

This is just my opinion.. Make sure you do your own DD.
