If you want to look hard enough - you can find something wrong with every company on the planet. If you in essence own a drug or territory - then you largely call the shots. It does not matter what size the company is - it's just the way it works.

In some markets - it's not just the value a a specific product - but a category. If you sell female health products, and this is a missing category - then Bayer would be interested.

I have seen this exact scenario with many pharma firms. I am not saying a deal is done, who knows. but bayer looks like the most likely candidate. If that is true - then easton is not only the real deal - but a shrewd new player in the market. If all of their initiatives take root, and they even come close to generating this kind of revenue - then the sky in truly the limit.
