I highly doubt Bayer has any interest in a cheap penny stock company that hasn't been successful selling previous pharma products ever.

Why use a no-name middle man when you're a giant? And who gives exclusivity to their supposedly valuable product to a distributor that's never been successful distributing?

Do you realize how stupid this all sounds?
