there's a few "OTTV" people over here now. BTGI got 30 million shares to dump. volume ain't been super high so it might take another week to work through it. dilution is what makes cheap shares. cheap shares makes for big percentage gains. big percentage gains come with high risk. but that's why we play down here in the mud.
